What is South Reno Babe Ruth?
South Reno Babe Ruth is mainly made up of players from Washoe Little League and Reno Continental Little League. After their last year in little league the next step is Babe Ruth Baseball League. We play at the Jack Tighe fields just South of the Old Moana Stadium located at 3855 Bonsar Lane in Reno. Players from the ages of 13-15 play in South Reno Babe Ruth. Our Season starts at the end of March and ends the first week of June with a season ending tournament. Remember...Prior to buying a bat for the 2012 baseball season...please make sure it is stamped BBCOR to ensure it is legal for use in games. Still unsure? go to www.baberuthleague.com for additional information.
